Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

For orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM (business days), processing begins on the same day.
For orders placed after 6:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day.
If an order is placed during weekends or public holidays, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Shipping Time
After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days, depending on the destination and external logistics conditions.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States and France.

Shipping Fees
For orders under USD 89.99, a shipping fee of USD 10.99 applies.
For orders of USD 89.99 or more, free shipping is available.

You may track your order status at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.

Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping status, and we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
